China Xuan Paper Town | Cast-In-Place White Concrete

China Xuan Paper Town, situated in Xuancheng, Anhui Province, is a remarkable White Cast-In-Place Concrete Structure. The Landscape Architecture Institution of China Arts Academy was responsible for its design and utilized approximately 4,000 tons of Aalborg White cement.

The project aims to create a comprehensive cultural tourism town by utilizing Xuan Paper from China Red Star Xuan Paper Factory as a cultural symbol. Following the concept of "Paper Mountain Tour," the building incorporates white fair-faced concrete slices as its primary elements. The integration of architecture design with the surrounding landscape results in a picturesque "Paper Mountain" located alongside the riverside, providing a delightful experience for tourists. The design also incorporates various changes in vertical elevation, creating a series of continuous ramps that enhance the unique charm of the paper mountain tour.
