The 108 m long by 25 m wide building is a technological and architectural statement. The steel structure is supported by a beam of 1,200 tons that rests on two concrete pillars, towering 20 meters above the former dry dock. The structure was pre-assembled at ground level and subsequently placed in the right position by cranes. Two beams were covered with precast white concrete panles
