Johnson Controls’ Asia-Pacific HQ building, China’s three Star Green and LEED Platinum building of USA GREEN BUIDLING COUNCIL, through a full range of green ideas and practices, by providing an industry-leading integrated solution of smart building technology, has established itself as an encyclopedia in energy-efficiency.

The building is 24 meters high, with total floor area of 44,300 sqm and facade area of about 31,000 sqm, in which over 10,000 sqm double curved GRC panels were produced and installed by leading GRC company in Shanghai: Zhuo Ou Construction & Decoration Engineer Co., Ltd. Aalborg White ® cement based light grey GRC panels, with bearing steel frame and cambered surface naturally and smoothly intersected with each other, makes the whole building dynamic and elegant in any angle. A futuristic beauty vividly demonstrated GRC is an ideal façade building material with excellent plasticity.
