The building, designed by the architectural firm Axent and acquired by Eaglestone from the Confederation of Christian Trade Unions in 2020, is now called "K-Nopy." It echoes the green grid main theme. This project involves a significant renovation of an office building located in Brussels' European Quarter at the intersection of Rue Trier and Rue Toulouse. The building comprises seven floors and two basement levels, covering a total area of 11,750 m². By undertaking this major renovation, Eaglestone aims to reposition the property as a prime building and contribute to the Brussels Region's goal of transforming the European Quarter into a mixed-use and architecturally appealing area.

Eaglestone emphasizes sustainability in its projects and is pursuing carbon neutrality and BREEAM Outstanding certification for K-Nopy, aiming to make it an exemplary building. The developer has prioritized maintaining the quality of outdoor spaces by installing photovoltaic panels on the rooftop. Meanwhile, the precast white concrete façade with a grid pattern from Urbastyle is known for its high reflectivity, effectively shading intense sunlight to maintain comfortable indoor temperature.

Plans also include extensive green roofs that will incorporate a variety of local vegetation to enhance the site's flora and fauna as well as the quality of work and outdoor spaces. White concrete planter benches from Urbastyle offer seating for relaxation and conversation, while also enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the outdoor space.

All white precast concrete elements are made with Aalborg White cement.
