Residence Belgica Temse

Residence BELGICA is a high-end residential tower along the Scheldt in Temse, consisting of 10 above-ground levels, each with 4 types of apartments, increased by 2 retracted crown floors. A green zone will be created around it.

The materialization is a contemporary application and interpretation of the existing white riverbank architecture. The facade cladding of white profiled aluminium is wrapped around a wave-like white concrete balcony produced by C-Concrete. Made with Aalborg White cement, the white concrete balconies outline a concise and modern architectural aesthetic.
