The smart construction concept of Fresch Real Estate project STOCK building has been applied in more and more cities in Netherlands. The building has the appearance of a sturdy and industrial harbor warehouse, modular assembly like Meccano box largely reduces the manpower and shorten the construction lead time, in 2 to 3 weeks.

The contemporary and bright industrial style building thanks to white sandwich elements made with Aalborg White cement that consists of a finished concrete inner wall and outer wall and an insulation layer in between ,and the outer wall is white blasted architectural concrete. The prefab façade elements were engineered and produced by Byldis in collaboration with the architect, constructor and contractor.
