PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The new Parliament building designed by SPBA (Stelmach i Partnerzy Biuro Architektoniczne) has been erected in the heart of Warsaw, and next to the old Parliament buildings. It is connected with Parliament area by an underground corridor that goes under Wiejska Street.
The building covered with elegant light grey precast concrete façade based on Aalborg White® cement and the thickness of each slab is about 50cm. The stylish modern minimalist building thanks in large part to the excellent design and wise choice of concrete curtain wall. Now the Wiejska street has been completely changed that looks like a “city canyon”.
